Le Case di Lavinia is made from olives that are harvested by hand in the first week of October and cold pressed within two hours. The resulting oil has an intense scent of fruity, fresh olives with a pleasant fragrance of tomatoes, green grass and artichoke. Its taste is a perfect balance between the initial sweet notes and a defined bitterness, with perceptions of artichoke and final spicy notes

We are in Sicily. Our century-old organic olive groves produce Tonda Iblea olives. We pick olives only by hand and we press them that same day in an olive oil mill. We cold press in order to obtain first pressure organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil is put in steel containers with nitrogen in a climate controlled room.
