Our Frantoio EVOO presents a beautiful and intense golden yellow color. The scent is settled and fine, characterized by a delicate vegetal aroma and complex fruity tones of artichoke, wild thistle, rosemary and sweet almond. The flavor is fine and harmonic endowed with mowed grass tones, lettuce, wild chicory and dried fruit. Bitter and peppery notes are contained and very elegant at same time.
We cultivate about 1,800 olive trees in five different olive groves. To fertilize them we use a special self-produced fertilizer obtained from a fermented olive-mill pomace. All our oils are milled in our own olive mill, which is situated in one of the groves. Olives are picked exclusively by hand and milled within a few hours. We produce eight single cultivars: Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio, Rosulja, Itrana, Ascolana, Bjelica, Moraiolo, and a mixture of our best olive oils, our Blend.
